At Josh Neal Fitness, I specialise in personalised training tailored to your needs. My goal is to enhance your mobility, posture, and self-esteem, helping you achieve your fitness objectives.
My fitness journey started when I broke a kneecap. During my recovery, I fell in love with exercising functionally to better improve the mobility I have within my own body. Throughout my journey, I have found bodyweight and kettlebell exercises to be highly effective and much more enjoyable than conventional weight training.
Since 2014, when I became a personal trainer, I have helped others regain their ability to move freely and improve their posture, making them stronger and slimmer in the process. When you maintain good posture you have more energy, greater self-esteem and fewer injuries throughout life.
I am the only person in the UK to simultaneously be a StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor, and IKO Kettlebell Sport Coach. I am alos a European Champion at Girevoy Sport (Kettlebell Sport). As well as focusing on functional strength training, I am also a keen distance runner and have completed runs from 5km right up to ultramarathons of 100km, whilst balancing a busy work life and a young family.
