Yvonne
Since training with me, Yvonne has completely changed her lifestyle for the better.
She’s now eating more consistently throughout the day, and has completely cut out fizzy drinks from her diet.
Through exercise, she has realised she is stronger and more capable than she thought.
So far, Yvonne has lost 6kg whilst also increasing muscle mass, she is feeling fitter and healthier in her general life, her mood has improved, she is no longer riddled with back pain, and she is on her way to no longer being diabetic!

Sean
As a busy family man, Sean wanted to reclaim his health and fitness but without impacting family time too much.
Since training with me, Sean has gone from strength to strength and can now move around and actively engage with his young children without pain or pulling muscles.
Quite possibly the best result Sean has had with me is being told by his GP that he is no longer diabetic! A huge positive result on his general health!

Diane
Diane is my first ever client, and is still training with me, a decade later.
Over this time, she has seen improvements to her posture and everyday health.
She can now also deadlift over twice her bodyweight and is known as ‘The very strong older lady’ by the staff at her gym!

Allan
Allan was very apprehensive about being in the gym. Since training with me, his confidence has grown in the gym and he is more comfortable there.
When we started, he was finding it tough to deadlift just over half his bodyweight. Now, he can lift 2.5 times his bodyweight!
Pullups were also a far distant dream of his. Pullups are no longer a problem for him, and he can perform reps with 30% of his bodyweight added to him!

Brian
Brian came to me wanting to get into shape but he’d not had the motivation to get started. Being busy with his work and family, it was always easy to put it off until later.
Brian has now made the time to fit 3 sessions in the gym each week, he’s become more confident in and around the gym and is (dare I say it) enjoying his training! He's seen improvements to his strength (nearly tripling his deadlift!) and has seen his body composition change.

Debra
Since training with me, Debra has increased her maximum reps on pushups by 50%, improving the total volume lifted in an overhead press by 80%, and kettlebell swings by 200%, and increasing her grip strength so much that she can now perform a dead hang 266% longer than when she started.
In addition to this, she is carrying herself better, improving her posture and has also reduced her weight by almost 5lbs despite the routine not being geared up for this!
